iVMS-4500 HD is a free mobile client software designed for Android tablets.

The app can run on Version 3.0 or higher of an Android operating system. It is used for the remote monitoring of live video feeds from embedded NVR, DVR, network speed domes, network cameras, and wireless network encoders. It can remotely play back recorded files as well as control a security alarm output. In addition, the app gives you control over pan-tilt-zoom security cameras, so you can keep track of your property in real time. You can also record through the app and save videos to view later.

You can log into the front-end device by using both a Wi-Fi and a 3G connection. If you don't have a Wi-Fi or 3G connection available, you can access the devices by using a dynamic name, or you can map ports to find the public IP of the router.

Wi-Fi and either 3G or 4G service needs to be supported by the tablet for the app to function properly. You may also see network traffic charges on your data bill by using the app; if you're unsure how this app would affect your bill, please get information from your local ISP.
